What are Digital Leaders?

Digital Leaders are in essence, pupil monitors for the technology that is used in our school. They are children who are interested and enthusiastic and have the potential to be role models. Their job is to be an advocate for good behaviour with technology, support teachers wherever possible and to showcase a range of digital abilities.

Most importantly, after some initial training they will be able to develop their own skills; becoming an exemplar for what is achievable with technology and increasing the potential of computing of our school.

Our Digital Leaders will become student ‘experts’ helping staff and students with their computing whilst personally gaining advanced skills they can use into secondary school and beyond. They may also be asked to speak in assembly to their peers and to parents and teachers from other schools.
