Wraparound Care
Dear Parent/Carer
Following on from our temporary Wraparound Care for the past year we have now extended the times we are able to offer, after discussion with some parents, and have revised prices for the sessions, to ensure we do not run at a loss.
The new club from September 2021 will be called: Extended School Club
The club is available for children from Reception to Year 6.
To be able to access the new club you will need to pay a £50 holding deposit and complete the registration form, unless you had completed this for us previously during the last academic year.
Once we have received your deposit you will then be given access to the booking system. The deposit must be paid via the ‘Teachers2Parents’ App.
You must book places at least a day in advance and our numbers are limited to 16 per session due to staffing. In unavoidable instances bookings may be able to be made on the day up to 2:00pm, only if spaces are available.
All payment for clubs will need to be paid in advance via the ‘Teachers2Parents’ app on a weekly basis. If you do not have the app on your phone already attached are the instructions on how to download it.
If you fail to pay for any sessions payment will be taken from your deposit and once there is no deposit left you will be blocked from booking any clubs until you pay another £50 deposit.

Please reply using the following email to contact us with the completed registration form (if not previously done) and we will then give you access to pay your deposit and once done then the booking system will be opened for you.
